The RENOWAVE.AT Impact Days in St. Pölten demonstrated how much momentum serial renovation currently has. At the “Spitzenfabrik” venue, new approaches to district development, industrialised construction processes and innovative product solutions were presented – compact, practical and clearly future-oriented.
As part of the exhibition, INNOVAMETALL showcased two practical examples:
- sybkon modular balconies, which – combined with PV – can enable a fully integrated energy concept for residential buildings.
- The revitalisation of the former agricultural school in Freistadt, now known as the GLUATNEST, serving as a clear example of energy-efficient transformation in existing buildings.
Beyond the technical input, the event provided valuable exchange with representatives from public administration, industry and research.
A big “Thank you” goes to the RENOWAVE team – Ulla Unzeitig, Susanne Formanek and Iris Kaltenegger – for the excellent organisation.
Conclusion: The building transition can only succeed together. The Impact Days showed how much energy, innovation and willingness to collaborate exist within the business.
