It wasn’t just the rally cars that were doing laps—quite literally. At INNOVAMETALL, 2026 is all about family. To kick off the year, the production hall was transformed not only into a 360° loop for the rally cars, but also into a true highlight for visitors of all ages.
Action, adrenaline, and beaming children’s faces—the start of the year could hardly have been more diverse. While engines roared, the company premises turned into an experience zone. Alongside the spectacular drive-through of the rally elite through the production hall, families were treated to plenty of attractions: a fast-paced ride-on car race and a giant bouncy castle set the hearts of children racing.
Action in the hall, creativity in the GLUATNEST
Those who preferred a calmer atmosphere found the perfect retreat in the GLUATNEST event hall. Here, the youngest visitors could slip into imaginative roles with face painting or get creative at the arts and crafts station, while a smaller bouncy castle provided gentler jumps.
Spectacular moments—and a small “slip”
The experience was rounded off, of course, by the spectacular scenes in the 360° loop. That rallying is not for the faint-hearted became especially clear at an icy section directly after the hall. It challenged the drivers significantly—and even caused minor damage to the wall of the future service station of the SOLAR SKY PARK. But no worries: the restroom and service unit will still go into operation as planned in spring!

Managing Director Klaus Pichlbauer remained enthusiastic despite the challenges:
“Of course, it requires a significant effort on our part to clear the hall in a way that allows the cars to pass through while still giving visitors enough space despite safety distances. But when you see the enthusiasm of the people—and especially of the children in the kids’ areas—you immediately understand how fascinating the Jännerrallye is for so many visitors. As a regional business, we support the Jännerrallye because it is impressive to see a top-class motorsport event brought to life by dedicated volunteers. Strengthening this experience through our contribution is something that matters greatly to us.”
