Workshop for our INNOVA Juniors

Young Talents at INNOVAMETALL

Family-friendliness is a top priority at our company – and receiving the Felix Familia award has given us even more motivation to continue along this path.

With the INNOVAjuniors workshop on 17 July, we wanted to give the children an insight into what their parents’ working day looks like. At the same time, our young talents had the opportunity to contribute their own creative ideas and visions – for example, what the balconies of the future might look like.

In a playful way, the children followed the journey of a balcony through our company and were able to get hands-on in the pre-assembly hall, crafting, building and trying things out for themselves. As a reward for their great effort, there was pizza at the end – and those who were brave enough even got to take a ride on a forklift.

All in all, it was a successful day full of fun, creativity and innovation!

Valerie and Lukas even continued refining their workpieces at home, as their father Andreas Auer told us:

“Thank you very much for this great opportunity and an exciting day for the children! Something like this should not be taken for granted, so once again, thank you! We have already modified our welded sheet metal plates at home, drilled a hole for hanging them up and painted them matt black. Valerie’s even got some gold glitter.”
