From planning to installation

Enquiries & Advice

Once you have contacted us, we will work with you to clarify any questions you may have about products, models and designs – in person, by phone or by email.

Quotation & Internal Assessment

Whilst we are drawing up your proposal, your internal consultations will be taking place in parallel, e.g. at local council meetings. The next step will be your funding application, if applicable.

Order & Foundation Plan

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation and the foundation plan – the basis for the site preparations.

Site preparation

You prepare the foundations in accordance with our plans – for bus shelters, ideally with a level concrete base to ensure barrier-free access.

05

Delivery & Installation

Our team delivers and installs professionally on site – turnkey handover within 8 to 16 weeks.

06

Grant application

If funding is available, submit your costs to the funding body. Once your application has been approved, you will receive the funding accordingly.

Kommunal Kredit – Environmental Funding

Environmental funding is available for bicycle parking facilities and electric vehicle charging points for businesses and local authorities, amongst others. The link refers to the 2025 funding scheme (current status); a new round in 2026 is possible subject to sufficient budget.
