Client

The City of Rohrbach-Berg is paving the way for the mobility transition. At the stop next to the new Youth Rehabilitation Center, a comfortable waiting area and premium covered bike parking make public transport more attractive. As a result, the stop’s catchment area has grown significantly.

Challenge

The stop in Rohrbach-Berg was meant to be more than just a waiting area: it had to serve as a modern interface between public transport and individual bicycle mobility, while meeting high standards of design, functionality, and weather protection.

 

Solution

The Prime design shelter features a modular structure complemented by covered bicycle parking. This flexible concept combines protection, functionality, and multi-modal mobility in one cohesive design.

Result

Through the modern design of the stop, featuring a sheltered waiting area and integrated bicycle infrastructure, public transport has become significantly more attractive. The stop strengthens the connection between different forms of mobility and provides genuine added value for the region.
