Challenge

The primary task was the thermal refurbishment of the residential complex. In this context, the balcony renovation and extensions were carried out while the building remained fully occupied. This required careful coordination and communication with the residents. Particular attention was given to modernizing the complex and improving the residents’ living comfort and overall quality of life.

Solution

The modular balcony system is based on sybkon profile rails, individually customizable floor panels, and freely selectable railing designs – complemented by balcony roofs and wall terminations. This system allows the creation of balcony solutions tailored precisely to the specific requirements and preferences of each project – both functionally efficient and visually impressive.

The refurbishment of the residential complex in Lorystraße was successfully completed despite full occupancy.
