In Stuttgart, a new project using serial timber construction is taking shape – perfectly suited for urban densification sites. For the first time, an industrially integrated sybkon balcony connection has been implemented in a new timber building. The outcome: A fully completed multi-storey building with balconies – built in only eight days.
Project: NOKERA Residential Building in Serial Timber Construction
Our client NOKERA uses its “NOKERA point-house” as a serial timber-construction solution for municipal housing projects and infill development in existing residential areas. The aim is to create compact point-block buildings with strong repeatability, short construction periods and an ecological construction method – optimised for courtyards and urban open spaces.
