Residential complex modernized at record speed

In just eleven weeks we completely modernized the residential complex in Hans-Pfitzner-Straße – as general contractor we handled the entire implementation. From the demolition of old parapets to the precise installation of new doors, through to balcony installation and final façade renovation, every step was seamlessly coordinated.

A real milestone: for the first time, we produced sybkon balconies using our new cycle method – a specially developed serial process that enables high volumes with consistently high quality. This allowed us to significantly shorten delivery and installation times without compromising precision or durability. Each balcony was installed in less than one hour.

Good for the project – and for the environment: production is powered almost entirely by solar energy from our 2,000 kWp photovoltaic system. This reduces the CO₂ footprint considerably and makes serial renovation even more sustainable.

The increase in quality of life with our new balcony has multiplied many times over – it’s hard to put into words. Because of its size, I feel like I’m standing on a terrace. On New Year’s Eve, we even watched the fireworks over the Hohensalzburg Fortress from our balcony.
